ORDER

This criminal original petition was filed seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The case is of the year 2015. Now we are in the year 2019. Due to efflux of time, there could have been change of officials. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner may not really survive at this point of time.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) pointed out that when the petitioner was summoned to appear for enquiry last year, he did not choose to respond.

4.Now the petitioner's counsel states that he is ready to appear before the respondent at any time. The second respondent is directed to send a formal summon to the petitioner herein. The petitioner shall extend his fullest co-operation. Thereupon, the investigation will be concluded and final report will be filed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of accordingly.
