ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent 1 and 2 made a submission that the Government communicated a letter, dated 18.11.2020 stating that the issue regarding the grant of equivalence has been referred to the Equivalence Committee and on receipt of the report from the Equivalence Committee, further actions will be taken by the Government in this regard. In view of the fact that the Competent Equivalence Committee was requested to consider the issues and submitted a report, the only grounds raised in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration at this point of time. After submission of the report by the Equivalence Committee, further actions are to be initiated with reference to the grievance of the writ petitioner.

2.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
