This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the objection preferred by the petitioner dated 29.08.2019 to the provisional electoral list. 2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

W.P(MD) No.20312 of 2019 No.10225 of 2019, directed the Wakf Management to conduct election within a period of two months. Pursuant to which, the Wakf Management has issued voters list. The petitioner has some objections to the voters list and he wants to rectify the errors and to include and remove the eligible and ineligible candidates. Such objections have already been made to the second respondent on 29.08.2019 and in order to pass orders on the same, this writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the objections raised by the petitioner before finalising the voters list. The second respondent shall complete the election within a period of two months from today. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
