PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned show cause notices issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings dated 01.09.2015, 11.09.2015 and 16.03.2017 and consequentially appointing the 4th respondent as enquiry officer in his proceedings dated 20.02.2018 and quash the same. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notices issued by the 3rd respondent dated 01.09.2015, 11.09.2015 and 16.03.2017 and consequently appointing the 4th respondent as enquiry officer in his proceedings dated 20.02.2018 and to quash the same.

2. Though the petitioner has challenged the impugned show cause notices issued by the 3rd respondent dated 01.09.2015, 11.09.2015 and 16.03.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may permit the petitioner to give explanation to the show cause notices issued by the third respondent within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, the School Committee may conclude the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give explanation to the show cause notices issued by the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the School Committee is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of explanation from the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
