2.The petitioners stand accused in Crime No.485 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Damage and Loss) Act.
3.The second respondent is the de-facto complainant. She had borrowed some amount from Sri Ram Chit Funds, in which, the petitioners were employed. It appears that when the petitioners contacted the second respondent for payment of the dues, the case on hand came to be registered. To quash the same, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
