This petition has been filed to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, her family members and the property comprised in Survey No.612/2 situated at T.Chellandipalayam, Karur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.03.2018 to the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 19.03.2018 as well as the complaint lodged by the complainant, the second respondent has issued CSR no.15 and 10 of 2018 respectively. 3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
