ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under section 294(b) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had damaged CCTV cameras installed in the public place. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the fourth petition filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court on 06.07.2021, 24.08.2021 and 22.10.2021. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions imposed on him by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the fourth anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court on the ground that six previous cases are pending against this petitioner. 5.Today,(30.11.2021),when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that there is no change in circumstances.

6. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, and there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
