ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner questions the impugned order passed by the first respondent on the ground that the first respondent could not have passed the said order in view of pendency of O.S.No.110 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Karaikudi. 3.When the matter was taken up for final hearing, it is submitted that the suit filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 25.09.2014 itself. It appears that no appeal has been filed. In any event, the rights of the parties will have to abide by the outcome of the proceedings before the Civil Court.
