This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2015, granting anticipatory bail to the first accused in Crime No.5 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madurai South. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) states that the final report has been filed and the trial has also commenced. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
