To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 02.12.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.42 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court),uthamapalayam.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended to the petitioner to deposit 50% of the award amount till 08.12.2021.
