ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection for conducting Kumbabisheham scheduled form 21.08.2024 to 23.08.2024 for three days by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already given a representation dated 11.07.2024 seeking Police protection and that they have not passed any orders till now.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is 2/4
pending and the third and fourth respondents have not passed any orders till now.
4.Considering the above, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2024 and pass orders, immediately, by imposing condition for payment of necessary charges for Police protection, in terms of the relevant Government Order. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
