Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus to directing the 1st respondent to implement the benefit of 6th pay commission to the petitioner by considering the report of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.no.3589/2015/A2 dt 23.4.2019 and disburse the arrears of the petitioners pensionary benefits within the stipulated period as fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.
