3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent issued free-housesite patta for 93 persons in the subject property. On the application submitted by the petitioner, Patta issued in favour of 90 ineligible persons were cancelled by the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in e/f/vz;/911/2022m6 dated 20.06.2022. Thereafter, without considering the claim of the members of the petitioner's association, the 3rd respondent passed an order on 30.09.2022 issuing assignment for 90 other persons. The petitioner finds the new list of beneficiaries prepared by the 3rd respondent is also defective and ineligible persons have been selected by him.
5. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an instant representation dated 23.06.2025, requesting the respondents not to issue Patta to the new list of beneficiaries prepared by the 3rd respondent and consider the request of the members of the petitioner's association for issuance of Pre-housesite patta. The said representation has not been considered and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

8. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
