The petitioners are accused in Crime No.68 of 2015, on the file of the Sanarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District. To quash the same, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the case has been closed as a 'mistake of fact'. The learned Jurisdictional Magistrate has also duly recorded the same in RCS.No.188 of 2017 on 28.09.2017. There is nothing further remaining to be adjudicated.
