This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Patta No.156 issued in favour of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 for the property comprised in S.No.107/3A2 situated at Thenoor Village, Madurai District, by restoring the Patta, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that already an order has been passed on 22.09.2022, on 2/4
the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
