To order to withdraw the case pending on the file of Honourable Family Court, Karur in HMOP No. 259 of 2018 and transfer the same to Honourable Family Court, Trichy or Honourable Family Court Dindigul as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 25/11/2021 and requistition letter submitted by the Family Court Karur, in D.No.179 of 2022 Dated 28/02/2022 this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 25.11.2021 directed the Family Court, Karur to dispose the HMOP.No.259 of 2018 within a period of three months. Now, the learned Judge has submitted a letter for further two months of time stating that the petitioner has also filed I.A and hence, the disposal is delayed. Hence, further two months time is granted to dispose the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
