ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de facto complainant, at the time of marriage with the first accused, she was provided 15 sovereigns of gold jewels and Rs.3 lakhs as dowry and now the accused are demanding Rs.3 lakhs as additional dowry and due to the same, she was driven from the matrimonial home.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that from the date of marriage, the 1st accused and the de facto complainant were residing in the parents house of the de facto complainant and the petitioners 3 and 4 are working at Chennai and the petitioners 5 and 6 are working at Madurai and all the family members of the 1st accused have been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
