No.160 to an extent of 58 cents situated at Paruthikanmai Village within the Taluk limit of Kalayarkovil, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025 made to the 1st respondent.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to carry out necessary modifications in the Village Adangal in respect of her property, measuring an extent of 58 cents, comprised in Survey No. 160, situated at Paruthikanmai Village, Kalayaarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering her representation dated 20.02.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, her father-in-law, Soosai Muthu, was the owner of 58 cents of land in Survey No. 160, and the revenue records stood in his name. After the demise of the said Soosai Muthu and the petitioner's husband, she submitted the instant representation on 20.02.2025, seeking mutation of the revenue records in her name. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, she has approached this Court. 2/5
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation stated to have been submitted by the petitioner has not been received in the respondents' office and, therefore, the same has not been considered.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, and other interested parties.
