This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the the second respondent from in any way illegally harassing the petitioner and his family members in the pretend of enquiry and not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the third Respondent by compelling the petitioner to execute release deed in favour of the third respondent.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.15 of 2019 as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 506 (i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13175 of 2019 petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., under the caption "Not to harass".
4.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
