O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.132 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The de-facto complainant Muthukumar is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by his counsel namely Mr.R.Murugan. The de-facto complainant states that the matter has been compromised. A joint memo of compromise has also been filed. Since the de-facto complainant himself does not want to pursue the matter, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The impugned FIR is quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
