PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.260 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 7, 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.260 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was threatening people with sword and on seeing the respondent, he was trying to escape from the scene of occurrence. Hence the complaint. 3.On the side of the petitioner it is totally a false case and pray the petitioner to be released on bail.

4.On the side of the prosecution it is stated that the petitioner is having 13 previous cases including one murder case and the offence against the petitioner is under the Arms Act and pray the petition to be dismissed.

CRL OP(MD). No.16066 of 2022 5.Considering the submissions made by both sides and considering the nature of the offences and considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
