None appeared for the writ petitioner on the last occasion. The case was directed to listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today ie., 05.10.2023 also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3.The petitioner wants this Court to direct TANGEDCO to disconnect the supply of electricity service connection given to the fourth respondent.

4.The learned standing counsel points out that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.113 of 2021 before the Taluk Munsif Court, Madurai. The fourth respondent is figured as the second defendant in the suit. The sale deed standing in the name of the fourth respondent has been put to challenge in the said suit. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil suit. It is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief based on the count of O.S.No.113 of 2021. 5.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
