In spite of listing the matter under the caption for dismissal, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would invite the attention of this Court that the petitioner also died on 07.09.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 11564/2019G1, dated Nil. 07.2025.
