The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the benefit of special grade in the cadre of Assistant Grade-I has already been granted to the writ petitioner with effect from 18.06.2013 and to that effect, he has produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 17.11.2017, issued by the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above submissions, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
