PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025, to survey the property in survey No.647B, Thalayuthu Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, to an extent of 0.12.50 ares to measure the petitioner property based on the petitioner's survey receipt challan No.2025/0123/13/010863, dated 26.03.2025, within the stipulated period by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation, dated 28.04.2025, seeking survey of the property situated in S.No.647B, to an extent of 0.12.50 ares in Thalayuthu Village, Palani Taluk, 2.According to the petitioner, the subject property is her ancestral property and joint patta for the same stands in the name of the petitioner and four other persons. She submitted an online application only on 20.06.2025 in application No.2025/0123/13/010863, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a 2/4

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, co-pattadar in Patta No.4045, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

5.With the above said directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
