ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to delete the name of the fourth respondent from the digital patta in respect of the property situated in Survey No.527/6B in Neikulam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation dated 11.04.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.G.Sujeeth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against private respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. According to the petitioner, 1 acre 56 cents in the above mentioned survey number is an ancestral property and patta for the same was issued in his favour in Patta No.1672. However, digital patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the fourth respondent erroneously. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent on 11.04.2025 seeking deletion of the fourth respondent name. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
