Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5480 of 2023, dated 24.03.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner's wife is in the advanced stage of pregnancy, who is located at Coimbatore. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition imposed upon him. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5480 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m., for another fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
