ORDER

The petitioner's house was broken open and valuable jewels were stolen in November 2011. The petitioner gave a complaint on 04.11.2011 and Crime No.354 of 2011 was registered. Since there was no progress in the investigation, the petitioner filed this petition for change of investigation.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) stated that the police have already filed a final report indicating that the case could not be detected. The occurrence had taken place in the year 2011 in November. We are now in November 2019. More than 8 years have lapsed.
