O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to disburse all monetary benefits and family pension to the petitioner due to the demise of her husband Chokkar.

2. The petitioner submitted that she was married to the deceased Chokkar in the year 1979. The third respondent claims that she was married the deceased Chokkar in the year 1986. Without adjudicating this issue, this Court simply dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner and the third respondent to contest before the Civil Court and establish their rights.

3. With this observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
