ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.223 of 2015. But it is wrongly mentioned as Crime No.222 of 2015.

2.It is further submitted that the petitioners 4,8 and 9 are arrayed as A2, A1 and A4 respectively, in the said Crime number and the other petitioners are not accused in this case . It is further submitted that A3 was arrested and released on bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners 2,8 and 9 are granted anticipatory bail and in respect of the other petitioners this petition may be dismissed as they are not accused in this case.

4.Considering the above, the anticipatory bail petition is granted to the petitioners 4,8 and 9/A2, A1 and A4 and in respect of the other petitioners this petition is dismissed as they are not accused in this case.

5.Time is extended for furnishing sureties by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
