ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute relating to the property in S.Nos.1428, 1417, 1436, 1427, 1437, 1747, 1778, 1432 and 1433 situated at Perungudi Village, Panagudi, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the third Respondent, who is none other than the brother of the Petitioner, the FIR had been registered in Crime No.311 of 2022. Subsequent to this FIR, due to the conduct of the Petitioner, further FIR had been registered. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Petitioner to seek remedy before the Civil Court concerned.
