2.The petitioner alleges that he has been ex-communicated by the local Jamath office bearers. He wants to become a member of the Jamath and also participate in the election. He would also allege that he is being prevented from offering his prayer in the Pallivasal. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel representing the local jamath categorically submitted that the petitioner is not being prevented from offering his prayers. The said submission is placed on record. As regards the other relief sough for in this writ petition, the petitioner may have to go before the jurisdictional civil Court or Waqf Tribunal.

4.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
