ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 427 & 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the Corporation Engineer, enquiry is underway. The petitioner has not appeared before the respondent so far. In the complaint, it has been stated that the dump yard was set fire by some unknown persons. 3.Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
