2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and attacked him.

3. It is submitted that over the pathway dispute between the complainant and this petitioner complaints have been given against each other, which is pending in C.S.R.Nos.592 of 2023 and 578 of 2023.

4.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the parties appear before the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedies through appropriate manner. 5.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
