Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent dated 12.01.2010, in R.C.No.7651/2009 SF and quash the same as illegal and invalid, order the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in existing vacancies of the concerned Department with back wages and continuation of service.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent dated 12.01.2010 in R.C.No.7651/2009 SF and quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in existing vacancies of the concerned Department with back wages and continuation of service.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 28.10.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this matter is directed to be listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. This Court is of the view that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.13834 of 2014 the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
