ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 6, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC r/w section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.477 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, due to pathway dispute, the accused have used filthy language and threatened the defacto complainant. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 & 2 shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 3 to 6 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
