ORDER

As against the order of the Writ Court, which was confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the respondents have preferred a Special Leave Petition, which is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In other words, the issue involved in the present Contempt Petition was taken up in another Special Leave Petition in SLP(C)No.15702 of 2021, in which, interim orders of stay have also been granted. As such, it would not be appropriate to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition. However, the petitioner is hereby granted liberty to work out his remedies subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition.
