PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 23 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.23 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.There was an undertaking by the petitioner to the effect that he is ready to settle the entire amount. Because of some medical surgery, he was not in a position to settle the amount in time. On that ground, the matter was repeatedly adjourned. 3.When the matter is taken up hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he cannot contact the petitioner and he wants to withdraw the vakalat. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.17145 of 2021 4.When there was the order of interim protection to the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner did not comply the same.
