ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The case of the writ petitioner is that the fourth respondent is putting up an unauthorized construction. The defense of the fourth respondent is that he has already given an application to the third respondent for building approval. Till the building plan approval is obtained from the third respondent, the fourth respondent cannot put up any further construction. The third respondent will hear the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent before passing the final order. The entire 2/4

exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We have not gone into the merits of the matter.
