ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for compensation from the respondent Municipality.

2.The case of the petitioner is that his two wheeler got stuck in the mud that had collected in the road and as a result of the same, he fell into the drainage and sustained fracture of bone. The petitioner has therefore, sought for payment of compensation by the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Municipality submitted that the Municipality on humanitarian consideration had allotted a bunk shop in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner has been doing business in the said bunk shop and eking his livelihood.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the consideration shown by the respondent Municipality https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.1390 of 2014 in arranging for the livelihood of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
