O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from preventing the supply of power to the patta lands of the petitioner and his M-Sand unit in the name and style of Mahalakshmi M-Sand Crusher at Survey No. S.F.Nos.827/1, 830, 831/6, 832/3 of Marungoor Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the additional electricity load of 148 KW has been granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the issue involved in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
