ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor working in the second respondent institution, challenging the order dated 27.06.2023, issued by the first respondent, wherein, the order of suspension was extended for a further period of two months.
2. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that it has been issued on 27.06.2023, extending the suspension for a period two months. The said period has also expired. That apart, the disciplinary proceedings have been concluded and the petitioner has been imposed with a punishment of postponement of increment with cumulative effect. Consequently, the petitioner has been reinstated in service on 02.11.2023.

3. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.11.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn To
