ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 3 and 4 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to quash the impugned Legal Heir Certificate issued by the second respondent/Tahsildar in favour of the third respondent, who, according to the petitioner, is the daughter of the petitioner's husband through his first wife, namely, Kavitha, who died on 27.07.2004. 2/5
3. It is submitted that the third respondent has obtained the impugned Legal Heir Certificate behind the back leaving out the name of the petitioner, although the petitioner's son Niranjan's name has been included.

It is case of the petitioner that after the petitioner's husband P.Ravichandran's first wife (mother of the third respondent), namely, Kavitha died on 27.07.2004 and that the petitioner's deceased husband contracted a second marriage with the petitioner on 09.03.2008 and that by virtue of the aforesaid marital relationship, the son, namely, Niranjan was born on 05.12.2010.
5. Prima facie, the petitioner has made out a case for issuing a fresh Legal Heir Certificate by including the name of the petitioner. However, the matter would require a detailed enquiry by the Officers including concerned Village Administrative Officer.
6. Under these circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner, dated 24.05.2025 for issuing a fresh Legal Heir Certificate by including the name of the petitioner. 3/5
7. Needless to state, before passing appropriate orders for including the name of the petitioner in the Legal Heir Certificate of Late.P.Ravichandran, notice shall be issued to the respondents 3 and 4. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
