ORDER

This Court had already directed the respondents to release the terminal benefits of the employee. However, it is submitted that the deliquent employee is not traceable and obtained the civil death certificate in O.S.66 of 2023 vide judgment on 23.06.2025.

2. The petitioner is directed to submit an online application along with the said judgment to the respondents and the petitioner is also directed to submit legal heirship certificate. Thereafter, the respondents shall disburse the amount at the earliest.
