Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the award passed by the 2nd respondent for the acquired land vide Award No.22/2018-19/Na.Ka.No:B/432/2015 dated 18.05.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
