Alleging that the order of this Court dated 18.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.27802 of 2024 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 18.02.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.27802 of 2024, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 20.01.2026 bearing reference Pa.Mu.No.E-3782966/2025/k is produced before this Court.
