ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant necessary permission to demolish the petitioner's property to an extent of 892 1/2 sq.ft, comprising in Survey No.1695/1 and 1695/2, situated at Door No.1, Ahimshapuram 6th Street, Kattabomman Nagar, Sellur, Madurai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject property is vacant and not occupied by any persons. Considering the same, the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2025 is directed to be considered by the second 2/4

respondent and to pass appropriate orders, after inspection of the property and after considering necessary Certificate from a Structural Engineer regarding its stability within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Needless to state, the petitioner will have to pay necessary charges in connection with the above work.
