The instant writ petition has been filed by the claimant in M.C.O.P.No.22 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur seeking Mandamus for directing the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the representation of the 2/5
petitioner, dated 11.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders to attach the salary of the fourth respondent.
2. A perusal of the type set of papers reveals that the fourth respondent in the writ petition has suffered an award in the above said claim petition by way of an award, dated 10.10.2012. Since the award amount was not deposited, the petitioner filed E.P.No.44 of 2017 to attach the salary of the fourth respondent. The Additional Sub Court, Karur, by an order, dated 06.06.2022 in E.P.No.44 of 2017 had directed to attach the salary of the fourth respondent herein.
3. The fourth respondent is now working as an Assistant Project Officer in the sixth respondent office.
4. Therefore, it is clear that the order passed by the Additional Sub Court, Karur, in E.P.No.44 of 2017 on 06.06.2022 has to be complied with by the newly impleaded respondents 5 and 6 herein.
5. In view of the above said facts, the respondents 5 and 6 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.09.2024 and complied with the directions of the Additional Sub Court, Karur as stated above and pass 3/5
appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
