2.The petitioner has given a complaint on 27.09.2021 before the second respondent to take action against the third respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a report dated 07.11.2021 that the second respondent enquired the matter and closed the petitioner's complaint.

4.The second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the report to the petitioner. The petitioner can work out his rights in the manner known to law.
