Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent i.e., the District Collector, Sivagangai to implement the directions issued by the Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai in his No.R.C.Ser.5(2)/99943/2010 dated 20.06.2013 and further implement the directions issued by the Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai in his letter No.R.C.Ser.5(2)/79293/2006 dated 25.03.2017 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the second respondent considered the petitioner's representation, on 05.03.2021 and granted provisional pension.
